**Sales Administrator Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Stone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating quotations, processing customer orders, and building strong relationships with customers.
A team player who can work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership qualities is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives by meeting set sales targets and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders using sales software and CRM systems.
- Manage and update the quote log to improve conversion rates and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Process sales transactions and manage the order book efficiently.
- Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence, handling emails, scanning documents, and proofreading.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly and courteously, directing them as appropriate or handling enquiries directly.
- Assist with pricing management, including customer price lists and contract adjustments.
- Manage key accounts to ensure excellent service and clear communication.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems would be beneficial.
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- Generous holiday entitlement, including 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays.
- Premises are open Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
