About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Revlon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Logistics Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S audit requirements, actively engage workforce in Safety Culture, maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability, and maintain systems and processes.
  • Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, provide accurate reports on spend monthly, and work alongside company accountants.
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and produce payroll reports monthly.
  • General Duties: Answer phones and take messages, provide site inductions, and perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in administration preferably finance
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills required
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly
  • To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise business requirements
  • Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within the teams

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum based on location and experience.
