Supply Chain Manager

KPI Recruiting is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Stone, Stoke-on-Trent. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the procurement process, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policy. You will work closely with our warehouse and stores team to ensure that stock levels are sufficient and that orders are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Research potential suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Update internal systems with accurate order details
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier contracts
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and effective communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential. Proficiency in database management is required. You will be working as part of a small team, so good interpersonal skills are essential.
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Stone, Stoke-on-Trent. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
