The salary range for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects within budget and schedule, while ensuring compliance with commercial strategies and operational standards.

You will provide support to projects and tenders for all commercial activities, including contract management, supply chain development, and risk assessment.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the Project Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • RICS, CIOB, or equivalent membership preferred
  • NEC 3/4 experience
  • UK Born National (Security requirement)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects within budget and schedule
  • Providing support to projects and tenders for all commercial activities
  • Contractual: managing all contractual change control, including timely agreement with customers and subcontractors
  • Supply Chain: building positive relationships with subcontractors and ensuring subcontracts are properly let
  • Projects: effectively participating as necessary in validation of projects won and interrogating and reporting periodic reviews of forecast profit, turnover, and cash receipts for all projects together with active risk and opportunity management
