Job Title: SHW Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) professional to join our team in Morson Talent's North Chilterns to Aylesbury Area.

• Promote and assist with both Corporate and Local HSW Campaigns
• Foster relationships with onsite operational teams and the supply chain to monitor and drive HSW Performance
• Complete Site Safety Inspections for all activities and proactively seek trends or anomalies within the inspections
• Work with operational site teams to monitor and advise on the close-out of audit/inspection findings, investigations, and any other actions relating to the Delivery Area

• Holding, as a minimum, NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
• Holding TechIOSH status or higher
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
• Strong knowledge and practical application of HS&W on the ground
• You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle

Morson Talent is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies.

This role will require you to work with an established team of safety professionals led by the section's HSW Manager, supporting the project to safely deliver our section of works for the high-speed project.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum
