We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Harbour Beach Club, a stylish waterfront hotel and resort located on Salcombe's South Sands Beach.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a high-volume restaurant serving fresh, quality food. Experience with pastry is desirable.
The Role:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this position.
About You:
We are looking for someone who can run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, achieving FCOS targets and ensuring compliance with current food hygiene legislation, including kitchen risk assessments.
