The salary for this Executive Head Chef position is £48k per annum, with the possibility of earning up to £55k per year including bonuses. In addition to a competitive basic salary, the successful candidate will receive a fair share of gratuities and tips, as well as a bonus of up to £2k after 12 months' service.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our new restaurant in Salcombe, Devon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fast-paced kitchens and will possess excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and service are maintained, while also motivating and developing their team.

The company offers a comprehensive training program, including a Brixham fish market tour and extensive training plan. This will ensure that the successful candidate has all the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role and drive the success of our new restaurant.
