We are excited to announce the opening of our newest restaurant in the picturesque coastal town of Salcombe, Devon. As a Senior Culinary Director, you will play a key role in leading the success of this prestigious new opening.

You will have the chance to work with world-class sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England.
Salary: £48,000 per annum basic salary, plus a fair share of gratuities and tips up to £5,000. Additionally, you will receive a £2,000 bonus after 12 months' service, making the total package value up to £55,000 per year.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be currently working at Head Chef level, with demonstrable experience in managing fast-paced kitchens and the all-round ability required to lead the success of this exciting new restaurant by the sea.
You will have the opportunity to grow with our company, which has a number of planned restaurant openings. Our management training program is second to none, and you will get to work with the best produce and the best people in our industry.
Before starting in your new restaurant, we will provide an exceptional induction and training program, including a Brixham fish market tour, extensive training plan, and in-kitchen experience with our inspirational top chefs. This will ensure that you can hit the ground running.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a current Head Chef with experience in managing fast-paced kitchens and a proven track record of leadership. You will also need to be able to travel to the Salcombe location.
