Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
