About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for ensuring that practices are in place and up-to-date to deliver remuneration requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Codes and other relevant codes of practice. You will also support the production of regulatory reporting activities relating to remuneration.

You will work closely with the Remuneration Committee, preparing agendas, reports, and maintaining and monitoring work plans and action schedules. Additionally, you will manage, implement, and develop the annual pay, bonus, and benefits review process, ensuring engagement with all stakeholders and optimization of processes.
