Head of Reward (Maternity cover)
This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefit programmes to attract, retain and motivate employees. The successful candidate will develop and implement reward strategies that align with our business objectives.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage performance-related pay and conduct market benchmarking.

  • Develop and implement reward strategies to support business goals
  • Manage performance-related pay and conduct market benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our Remuneration Policy
  • Design and develop remuneration policies and processes to support our business strategy

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing reward strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
