We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist, Compensation and Reward to join our best-in-class HR team at OpSec Security. As part of our growth strategy, this role will play a critical part in supporting the development of compensation programs and policies across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Specialist or related position, with a focus on compensation and benefits globally. They will be responsible for providing guidance on compensation-related issues, conducting salary benchmarking, and maintaining job descriptions. This is a full-time position based in Remote UK or US, offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and execute compensation programs and policies globally.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Maintain job descriptions and develop new ones as needed.
  • Administer compensation structures, including Job Family Frameworks and Salary Grades.
