Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Schroders Personal Wealth. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefit programmes to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing reward strategies and managing compensation structures. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reward strategies, manage performance-related pay, conduct market benchmarking, and provide insight to senior management on compensation trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with the Board agreed Remuneration Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, implement, and maintain remuneration policies and practices that adhere to SPW's remuneration philosophy.
- Design, develop, and implement Reward policies and processes to support the business strategy.
- Maintain knowledge of market benchmarking and trends, and participate in annual McLagan Compensation survey.
- Track HR Key Performance Indicators, Risk Appetite Metrics, Key Risk Indicators, OpCo, and RiskCo reporting.
Benefits and Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer enticing benefits, including:

Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing reward strategies and managing compensation structures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
