Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Reward on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our business objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits programmes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
The Head of Reward will oversee the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefit programmes to attract, retain and motivate employees.
- Develop and implement reward strategies to support business goals
- Manage performance-related pay and conduct market benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our Remuneration Policy
- Design and develop remuneration policies and processes to support our business strategy
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing reward strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Competitive salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
