Compensation Specialist

As a Compensation Specialist at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment, you will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of claims in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a strong focus on developing your skills and expertise, you will work closely with our dedicated RTA team to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based at our Leeds office, offering a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, from OIC to MOJ, and develop your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules for Personal Injury Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mixed caseload of OIC, MOJ, complex, Fast Track claims, and Part 8 Litigated cases
- Work closely with our dedicated RTA team to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules for Personal Injury Claims
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
