In this role as an Incentive Compensation Management Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Varicent platform to support business needs. This includes developing and implementing data integrations, creating reports and dashboards, and performing regular data audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain the Varicent platform to support business needs.
  • Develop and implement data integrations between Varicent and other enterprise systems.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into compensation performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role managing Varicent or other Incentive Compensation Management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
