About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our Compensation team in Warrington, Leeds or Birmingham. As a leading land advisor for DCOs, Ardent provides comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of a project, from scheme feasibility to operation.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients on complex projects, providing expert advice on compulsory purchase, land acquisition and compensation. This role involves some travel, working from clients' offices and preparing property cost estimates, claims, and supporting expert witnesses at examination and tribunal.

About You
  • Experience working on projects involving compulsory land acquisition is essential
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen and project management experience

You will be a driven and confident individual with a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have a solid technical grounding in compulsory purchase and compensation.
