About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business growth plans and land acquisition strategy.

Job Description

As a Senior Land Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and progressing land opportunities for our Regional Business. You will work closely with our Land and Partnerships Director to identify and pursue potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for our business.

You will lead on bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects, including pre-sale opportunities with key partners. Additionally, you will help develop team members by enabling and motivating them to support the growth of our business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in planning and land acquisition within the industry.
  • Experience in developing strategies using initiative and negotiating skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to manage effectively across functional teams.
