The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in land or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly in project management. They will have experience of undertaking land assembly, managing land budgets, and preparing and concluding land agreements. Additionally, they will have an understanding of planning and consenting processes and be able to manage project stakeholders, including regulators, statutory consultees, and local communities.


This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to translate technical detail into commercial impact, and the ability to manage several project tasks at once while prioritizing workload. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
