At Ardent, we're seeking an experienced Senior Land Management Consultant to join our team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Land Referencers and managing projects from concept to delivery. With a strong background in land management, you'll have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with clients, and provide proactive advice to identify and mitigate risks.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of Land Referencers in our Leeds office.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing proactive advice to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., land management, surveying, or a related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in land management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
