Ardent is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Land Referencer to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll also need to be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role:

  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing proactive advice to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., land management, surveying, or a related discipline).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in land management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
