Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Land Development Consultant to join our team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our Northern Estate Agencies team, you will be responsible for identifying potential land and development opportunities for new build developers.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including BUPA Healthcare, Pension Scheme, Eyecare vouchers, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and evaluating potential land and development opportunities across the North West of England.
  • Maintaining detailed records of planning application data and land ownership information.
  • Conducting thorough research and gathering data from various databases to inform land acquisition strategies.
  • Producing and sending prospecting documentation to land owners and stakeholders.
  • Carrying out site visits to assess site status and accuracy.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of land and development opportunities.
  • Analyzing and reporting on potential sites for consideration.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident car driver with own vehicle insured for business use.
