Climate17 is seeking a highly skilled Land and Project Manager - Renewables to join their team in Glasgow. In this role, you will lead the land function, manage a team, and engage with land agents and legal support to secure necessary land agreements for the development and delivery of high-quality renewable energy projects.


The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in land or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly in project management. They will have experience of undertaking land assembly, managing land budgets, and preparing and concluding land agreements. Additionally, they will have an understanding of planning and consenting processes and be able to manage project stakeholders, including regulators, statutory consultees, and local communities.
