Job Overview

We are seeking a Director of Land Referencing to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our Land Referencing Directorate, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Land Referencers and leading project management of projects. Your strong ability to build relationships with clients and develop people management skills will be essential in driving success.

As Principal Consultant, you will have a strong track record of winning repeat business from existing clients and identifying new opportunities. Your ability to manage budgets and resources effectively will be crucial in ensuring delivery of projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Able to lead and manage a team of Land Referencers.
  • Strong project management skills with experience of managing budgets and resources.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with clients and developing strong people management skills.
  • Able to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
