Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing strategies for land quality assessment and environmental management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experts delivering geo-environmental services.
  • Develop and implement project plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Expertise in land quality assessment and environmental management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £72,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.

Location

The successful candidate will be based in Leeds, Saltaire, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Warrington, Tadcaster, or Doncaster.
