Job Title: Senior Land Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and pursuing potential land opportunities in the West and South Yorkshire regions.

About the Role:

  • Pursue and progress potential land opportunities, including lead negotiations on bid submissions and legal agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Support the growth of the business by mentoring and enabling team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education in a related field, such as land economics or property development.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of land acquisition legislation and regulations.
  • Proven experience as a land buyer or manager in a high-volume housebuilding company.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum, plus bank holidays.
