Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Land Development Specialist to join our team at Manning Stainton Group. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for identifying potential land and development opportunities across Yorkshire and the North West of England.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK property market, with excellent communication and analytical skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and as part of a team, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. The role involves monitoring planning application records, gathering data, and carrying out site visits to assess the status of potential sites.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including IT fluency and business software training.
