As a Reward Manager at Leeds Building Society, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and contribute to our ongoing success.

You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to design and deliver reward programs that inspire and motivate our employees, and help us attract and retain top talent.

The salary for this role is approximately £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package of benefits including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and provide expert advice on reward-related matters.
