Varicent Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Varicent Administrator at our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of incentive compensation principles and procedures, as well as hands-on experience with data integration, troubleshooting, and reporting. They will also be skilled in developing and maintaining data integrations between Varicent and other enterprise systems, ensuring accurate data loading and extraction, and creating and maintaining data transformation scripts using SQL, ETL tools, or Varicent's built-in functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Varicent and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Ensure accurate data loading and extraction, including troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain data transformation scripts using SQL, ETL tools (Symon AI), or Varicent's built-in functionality.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into compensation performance.
• Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the integrity of compensation data.
• Provide technical support to users, including investigating and resolving system issues.
• Document system configurations, changes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and training.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role managing Varicent or other Incentive Compensation Management platforms.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
