Crane NXT, a premier industrial technology company, is seeking a Senior HR Specialist, Compensation to join their Remote UK or US team. As part of OpSec Security, you'll be part of a global best-in-class HR team fighting fraud and piracy.

The successful candidate will support and execute various HR functions with a focus on compensation & benefits globally. Responsibilities include providing HR support and advice, supporting internal and external inquiries, and preparing HR-related documents.

A strong understanding of compensation and benefits is essential, as well as 5+ years' experience as an HR Specialist or related position. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
