As a highly skilled Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee compensation strategy. With a focus on delivering exceptional reward propositions and related activities, you will have regular exposure to our Executive and Board teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our reward proposition, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.
  • Support the production of regulatory reporting activities relating to remuneration, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Remuneration Committee, preparing agendas, reports, and work plans while monitoring progress and action schedules.

Our ideal candidate will possess significant experience in reward and remuneration, preferably within a financial services environment. You should have an excellent understanding of statutory requirements and legislation across all areas of reward. Strong numerical, analytical, and modelling skills are essential for interpreting data and producing high-quality management reports.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including an annual colleague bonus of up to 12%, hybrid working arrangements, matched pension contributions of up to 10%, and 26 days holiday.
