Reward Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will develop and implement effective reward strategies to drive business success, including taking ownership of the group reward framework and employee benefits programs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective reward strategies to drive business success.
- Take ownership of the group reward framework, employee benefits programs, salary reviews, and job evaluations.
- Collaborate with management teams to ensure strategies are aligned with company goals.
About the Role:
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000.
- A 12-month fixed-term contract.
- An opportunity to work with a well-established client.
Requirements:
- A wealth of experience in reward schemes, compensation, and benefits management.
- A deep understanding of UK pension regulations, with the ability to liaise with different providers and work closely with external and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to explain complex reward structures at all levels.
- Solid influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
