About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IAM squad, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and optimally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Skills: Manage a team of IAM professionals, provide guidance, mentoring, and support. Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Identity & Access Management Skills: Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality, including application onboarding, joiner, mover, and leaver process, scheduled recertification of applications, correlation, aggregation, orphan management.
  • Techincal Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting, develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver, and access request workflows.
Requirements
  • A strong background in Identity and Access Management Security
  • Ability to lead and empower a team
  • Occasional international travel to other Flutter UK&I offices
