Key Tasks:

  1. Develop and maintain reward policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
  2. Support the Remuneration Committee in preparing agendas, reports, and work plans.
  3. Contribute to regulatory reporting activities related to remuneration.
  4. Oversee the annual pay, bonus, and benefits review process, engaging with stakeholders to optimize processes.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You'll have extensive experience in reward and remuneration, preferably in a financial services context.
  • Your expertise will encompass pensions, including both DB and DC Schemes.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data and produce high-quality management reports.
