Pension and Benefits Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Pension and Benefits Manager to lead our employee benefits team at Global Banking School. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pension scheme administration, HR policy implementation, and employee benefits management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the administration of our pension scheme and other employee benefits
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to employee benefits
  • Coordinating with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and contributions

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should also have a good understanding of UK pensions and statutory benefits, as well as experience with HRIS systems.
