Guest Relations and Customer Service Leader

Join our dynamic team at Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel as a Guest Relations and Customer Service Leader. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving loyalty through personalized service and issue resolution.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service and be able to lead a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and respond to demanding guest needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the needs of VIP and long-stay guests to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Meet, greet, and direct guests who enter the lobby area
- Communicate with the Executive Lounge Manager and track and reward regular guests for their loyalty
We offer a comprehensive salary of £31,569 per year, plus a range of benefits, including a 28-day holiday allowance, increasing yearly to up to 33 days, and a Team Member Travel Program with discounted hotel nights and 50% off food and beverages.
