We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who will:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the department through effective communication
- Liaise with relevant teams to achieve guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals, and responsible business targets
- Play a hands-on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train, and inspire the Guest Relations team members
