Guest Relations Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Business Partner to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with guests, resolving issues promptly, and promoting a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become familiar with guest preferences and tailor your service to meet their individual needs.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in training new team members and provide guidance on best practices for delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
