Guest Relations Business Partner
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Business Partner to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with guests, resolving issues promptly, and promoting a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:- Become familiar with guest preferences and tailor your service to meet their individual needs.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in training new team members and provide guidance on best practices for delivering excellent customer service.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
