Job Description
Federated Hermes Limited is seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Partner to join our team in London. This is a 12-month maternity cover role that will focus on communications business partnership for the Public Markets business of Federated Hermes Limited, covering media engagement and internal communications. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing team and report to the Head of Global Corporate Communications.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience in public relations within financial services, preferably in asset management. They will also have a strong understanding of the European investment media landscape, with an emphasis on the UK. Experience working with PR agencies and stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, effective planning and organizational skills, and strong knowledge of corporate news environments. They will also be articulate in function of financial markets and the investment industry. As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in shaping the company's communications strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communications strategies to support the Public Markets business.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners, including PR agencies.
- Provide high-quality support to the team and demanding clients, working accurately at pace to deliver results.
