Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of guest services, including luggage handling, errand running, and communication with guests and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Luggage Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating the collection, transportation, and delivery of guest luggage to their rooms, ensuring it is handled with care and efficiency.
  • Errand Running: You will be required to run errands for guests and employees, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Communication: You will need to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, adhering to both legal and statutory responsibilities as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Driving Licence: A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Language Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbally and written.
  • Experience: Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Service Excellence: You must have a proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Teamwork: You will be working within a team, so ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
  • Salary: Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
