Guest Services Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising and training Guest Personalisation Officers and assisting the Guest Experience Manager in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Located in the heart of London, our hotel offers stunning city and river views, signature Charlie Whinney pieces, and convenient access to nearby attractions such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Kings Road. Our guests can enjoy exquisite dining options, state-of-the-art events space, and an indulgent spa with relaxation lounges, spa rooms, and an indoor pool.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train Guest Personalisation Officers to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist the Guest Experience Manager in ensuring consistent high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and train team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
