Customer Experience and Guest Relations Manager

As a Guest Experience and Complaints Manager at Meliá Hotels International S.A., you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have their complaints resolved in a timely manner. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to all guest requests and resolving any complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the Guest Service Line team to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service, adhering to our company's high standards.
- Manage official complaints received through the Head Office, providing a response within 48 hours as per standard procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Additional Spanish would be advantageous.
