About the Role:

As a Guest Experience and Complaints Manager at Meliá Hotels International S.A., you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have their complaints resolved in a timely manner. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to all guest requests and resolving any complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the Guest Service Line team to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service, adhering to our company's high standards.
  • Manage official complaints received through the Head Office, providing a response within 48 hours as per standard procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Additional Spanish would be advantageous.
