About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to exceed guest expectations from arrival to departure, ensuring that every stay is truly exceptional.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and preferences.
  • Create personalized itineraries and make arrangements for special requests.
  • Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or related industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
