Job Description

The Guest Experience Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay at the Four Points Express by Sheraton London Euston. This involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Working closely with the Reception Manager and other members of the hotel team to maintain the highest level of service.
  • Ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained, as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
