The Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our management team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years supervisor/management experience in the hospitality or Leisure sector, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our guest journey is seamless from start to finish.
  • You're the port of call for our guests, whether you're checking them in, building their favourite cocktail or cleaning down their table.
  • Ensuring everyone is enjoying a fully immersive experience.
  • Represent the Lane7 brand to the best of your ability and immerse yourself in what is an amazing atmosphere to be part of.
