Manager of Guest Experience
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Guest Experience to lead our Front of House team at Novotel London Bridge. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage duty shifts and oversee front desk operations
- Recruit, train, and develop front office team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including training and development programs, attractive annual bonus scheme, and complimentary stays in UK hotels.
