Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tournament Operations Specialist to join our team at LIV Golf Investments. This individual will be responsible for managing the development and execution of project plans for tournament week and league-wide events, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals for guest satisfaction and brand image.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. They will also be expected to collaborate with internal departments and external partners to define event strategies and develop efficient event management procedures.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of tournament week events, managing budgets, timelines, and creative elements, and analysing event metrics and guest feedback to identify trends and optimise guest satisfaction.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
