About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Front Office Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
- Support the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations.
- Work closely with the Reception team to ensure efficient room booking and management.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
