Guest Experience Leader

The Guest Relations Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. As a key member of the reception team, you will be responsible for coordinating and escorting VIP guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will enable you to maintain high levels of service while monitoring team performance and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
About The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Team Leader who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and via phone, and be proactive in handling guest requests and managing VIP relations. Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
