We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rooms Division to join our team at Crimson Hotels Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rooms division department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee Rooms Division Operations: Manage the daily operations of our rooms division department, including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services.
- Develop Revenue-Generating Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Motivate and inspire our rooms division team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
